That sample is from the Twin Peaks pilot! When asked how he likes his coffee, Cooper replies “Black as midnight on a moonless night.” It always struck me as a bizarre line and I couldn’t help but include it for one reason or another lol

I love Nico Moreno, this particular track was inspired by Tommy Holohan's drums and Nico's Synths, I wanted to call it Pico Moreno but thought it was too on the nose
